Co-owner Rights to a car?

I use to live in Colorado and just recently moved back to Kentucky...a friend of the Family helped me get my car...we r both on the loan as co-owners and also on the registration...I didn't tell her that I was moving back because she uses me and would freak out and take my car away...I pay for everything with the car...the payment...insurance...blah blah...and she just found out today that I left and is threatening me with grand theft auto...telling me that I stole the car and she will come to Kentucky to take my car back...but did I steal it..I talked to the bank and they said no because my name is on it but I'm looking for more answers...I guess cause I'm 19 and scared lol I don't want to go to prison...Does she have the right to have me arrested
