I was served papers for child support on Friday, court date is on Monday!!! Help!!?

You have a right to be represented. You can seek a postponement due to the fact that you just received the papers on Friday and you need additional time to contact an attorney to represent you. It don't matter what state you are in. You have a right to be represented by legal counsel.
