How can i recieve my registration forms for high school?

i moved to a new place so my forms are going to be sent to my old address. what can i do? will the office of my school have a copy of my forms? btw i dont think i can get them from the old address because no one lives there anymore and the people that got the house now changed everything. also there the forms that have my name on it since im a returning student
