Jet ski registration question?

i have 2 jet skies and they are both registered but the registration has expired. we want to take them to the lake tomorrow however we dont know how to get them up to date that quickly. can it be done online? whats the fee if i just take them out tomorrow? will i get fined or will they just tell me to get off the waters? please help
